3. Sense check the AI Tone & Context

Does this read like us? Is there anything that could be misinterpreted or that ignores the specific history of a donor relationship?

4. Name the Accountable Owner

Every piece of AI generated content must have a human “editor-in-chief” who takes full responsibility for the final version. Nominate that person.

The goal is to move the team’s focus away from just “prompting” the AI and toward a workflow. The person checking the figures, ideally, is different from the person approving the emotional resonance of a donor appeal.
