Microsoft have announced the impending retirement of Fundraising and Engagement. Microsoft will continue to provide security updates but will stop making enhancements to the solution. All support will end on 31 December, 2026. Organisations currently using this solution are encouraged to start planning their transition to a new platform – like Klevr Fundraising.

MIGRATION ASSESSMENT OVERVIEW
What is assessed?
In a series of workshops, we will assess your organisation’s needs across key functional areas such as payments processing, recurring gifts, donor management, fundraising, and event management.
We will also evaluate advanced features like large gifts, donor development, and integration with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Additionally, we will review your system’s customisations and integrations (including banking), analyse entity usage via the Power Platform Admin Portal, and develop a high-level data migration plan, including a comparison of data entities.
