The Role
We are currently looking for a Lead Consultant – Applications to join our Sydney office. You will bring energy, strategy, structure and oversight to our cloud based development projects from inception through to execution. You will lead our clients to understand and interpret their needs to deliver clever, effective, technology-enabled solutions in an efficient manner.
To be successful in this role you must have a solid understanding of technical concepts (cloud, development, integration) and be a results oriented individual who thrives working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple clients and projects at the same time.

The Role
We are currently looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Developer based in Coimbatore, India with a strong understanding of ERP and CRM to join our team – someone who can understand and talk technical but can also converse in plain English with our clients and us. You will be a senior member of the team responsible for the delivery of BI & Analytics projects with highest standard and quality for our new/existing clients based in Australia and New Zealand.
You will be joining a very young and dynamic business who have started operations only a few months back so the role would fit someone who is keen for taking up the challenge of building the team from ground zero.

I’m Patrick, Walkerscott’s resident American and digital marketing aficionado. My background and skillset are varied, but I’ve always been interested in the ways we can use technology to improve experiences, businesses and communication.

I lead marketing for Walkerscott, which means everything from designing and executing marketing initiatives to building and enhancing the brand and generating qualified leads.

What do you do when you’re not at work?
When I’m not at work, my biggest interests are music, movies, the NBA and dogs. You’ll mostly find me hanging out with friends, pretending to enjoy hiking, and asking my wife to help write my business bio.
Who Are you?
My Name is Maddie and I’m born and bred in Wellington. I spent my early twenty’s living and working in Australia, then travelled the world for 6 months before returning home to NZ a few years ago. I’m a keen explorer and love learning new things. I have experience working across many different industries and environments and have gained a real passion for ERP systems and helping businesses improve.
Tell us about your role at Walkerscott
I started working at Walkerscott as a Project Coordinator in 2017. In this role, I work across multiple projects in all practices of the business coordinating the team to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
What made you choose Walkerscott?
I wasn’t looking for a new role, however I received an email from Seek with the advertised role. I went through the interview process and met a lot of the team along the way and knew that Walkerscott was a place I would love to work!
What is it like working at Walkerscott?
There is chocolate on the table most days and an office dog…😊. Walkerscott has an amazing culture which is filtered down from the top and the people are awesome. One thing that I really love is the room to move around different teams and learn at Walkerscott, I get to work on a huge variety of projects and technologies.
What do you do when you’re not at work?
When I am not working you will find me hiking the wonderful hills of wellington, skiing the mountains in winter and camping wherever I can find a spot in summer. If I am not outside enjoying NZs nature, I love travelling the world, trying out the newest cafe/restaurants in Wellington and spending time with friends and family.
Who Are you?
My name is Eszter and I’m from Hungary – which explains the unusual spelling! I did my studies back in Europe, graduating as a Business Information Technologist. In parallel, I was working as a Business Intelligence Trainee which helped me implement and practice the knowledge gained at university.

I’ve been part of the Walkerscott Analytics team since 2017. Our team is spread out across Wellington, Sydney and Coimbatore, and as such we place emphasis on ensuring we have the ability and tools to interact and converse with each other, no matter where we are all located. Whether it’s a quick check in in the morning or a more formal handover of where we get to each day, we’re really proud of the team environment we have established, despite the geographic challenge!
What made you choose Walkerscott?
Walkerscott actually found me! I was working in a café, not utilising my BI skills – but they got in touch – (clearly after tasting my coffee!) and was able to give me the opportunity I was looking for. I really appreciate having the opportunity to show what I was capable of. For me, choosing the right place to work is about finding the team you enjoy working with, as well being able to see the impact my work has for our clients and our company.
What is it like working at Walkerscott?
At Walkerscott I have never felt that I am confined. There are opportunities to try new things and we are encouraged to experiment with new technologies. There is plenty of opportunity to develop yourself as well as support others.
What do you do when you’re not at work?
I like to spend my out-of-work time on relaxing and re-energising for next weeks challenges. Usually this will involve lots of sport, …… a class in the gym, running on the waterfront, or snowboarding in winter! I also enjoy experimenting with different types of cuisines and catching up with friends.
Who Are you?
I’m Ashley from Birmingham, England. From my earliest memories in the family manufacturing business, IT and people focused technology has been my passion. I started my Microsoft journey with Dynamics AX and grew to leading a Dynamics Practice, across two geographies. I am driven by the challenge of creating excellence within businesses, I want the best result possible and would do anything to achieve this. I’m a believer in doing the right thing, no excuses – excellence.
Tell us about your role at Walkerscott
I lead the Business Applications Practice at Walkerscott, with focus on Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. My role is varied, from leading clients through digital excellence journeys, to leading significant D365 projects across many different market sectors and championing the change management that is required with Dynamics 365 implementations.
What made you choose Walkerscott?
From the moment I spoke to Blair, Kate, Luke and Maddie, I knew where I wanted to be. The values, vision, culture and focus on excellence, these resonated and offered me the platform to push boundaries… that and it was minus 2 and wet in London.

My name is Wayne and I’m from England. My background has always been IT and I was fortunate enough with a previous employer to get an opportunity to move to Australia in 2006.
Tell us about your role at Walkerscott
I joined Walkerscott in 2019 and am enjoying the variety in my role and being able to get involved in different aspects of the business. Everything from pre-sales, architecture, design and implementation, through to internal initiatives. I am particularly excited to play a role in helping to grow the business across Australia and New Zealand.
What made you choose Walkerscott?
After spending many years in a large corporate environment, I was looking for a new challenge and Walkerscott fitted the bill. The team is focussed around achieving the right outcomes for the customer, supporting each other and having fun whilst achieving serious outcomes.
What is it like working at Walkerscott?
I feel challenged and motivated to continuously learn. And also very much a part of a team, regardless of whether I’m working remotely with people.
What do you do when you’re not at work?
My kids take up a big portion of my time outside of work, it’s great to see the, growing and learning. But also follow the English Premier League and many other sports.
