FIA Conference 2026 Walkerscott Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The Promoter is Walkerscott (ABN: 93 295 587 856), Level 6, 89 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia.
2. Eligibility
- Entry is open to registered delegates of the Fundraising Institute of Australia (FIA) Conference 2026 aged 18 years or over.
- FIA Conference organisers and employees of Walkerscott and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
- Participants must scan the official QR code and complete the registration form for the Fundraising and AI Fireside Chat (scheduled for Thursday, 12 March 2026) via Microsoft Teams.
- Entry Period: Entries open at the start of the FIA Conference 2026 and close strictly at 9:00 AM AEST on Friday, 27 February 2026.
- Entry is free. Limited to one (1) entry per person.
4. The Prize
The total prize pool consists of seven (7) individual prizes:
- 1x Gourmet Basket Premier Selection Hamper (containing premium food and beverages) valued at $309 AUD.
- 1x T2 Herbs, Flowers & Fruits Tea Bag Gift Pack valued at $74 AUD.
- 5x Tickets to the “Executive AI Roundtable for NFPs”.
- Event Details: An exclusive, invite-only three course culinary experience and roundtable discussion co-sponsored by Walkerscott and Microsoft.
- Date & Time: 18 March 2026. Arrival from 12:00 PM; Program 12:30 PM – 3:00 PM AEDT.
- Venue: Society East Room, 80 Collins St, Melbourne VIC 3000.
- Eligibility & Nomination: This event is strictly for Senior Leadership Team (SLT) or Executive or C-Suite level management. If the winner is not at an Executive level, they may nominate a member of their organisation’s Senior Leadership Team to attend in their place.
- Inclusions: Three-course meal, local wines, and welcome drinks.
Prizes are not transferable for cash. Winners (or their nominees) must be available on the specified date; otherwise, the prize is forfeited.
5. Draw Details
- Seven (7) winners will be selected via a random electronic draw at 11:00 AM AEST on Friday, 27 February 2026 at the Walkerscott Stand (Stand 21), Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
- Prizes will be awarded in the following order:
- The first valid entry drawn will receive the Gourmet Basket Hamper.
- The second valid entry drawn will receive the T2 Gift Pack.
- The next five (5) valid entries drawn will each receive one (1) Executive Forum ticket.
- Winners do not need to be present at the draw to win and will be contacted via the details provided on the registration form.
6. Winner Notification & Prize Claim
- The winner will be notified via phone number or the email provided on the webinar registration form.
- Collection: The winner may collect the prize from Stand 21 before the close of the FIA Conference.
- Delivery: If the winner is unable to collect the prize in person, Walkerscott will arrange for the prize to be posted to the winner’s nominated Australian address at no additional cost.
